Brooke is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes everyone has the ability to overcome life’s challenges with the right guidance and support. She is passionate about helping clients tap into their strengths and providing them with the coping skills and techniques tailored to their unique needs.

In therapy, Brooke creates a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns, helping you build self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thinking, and increase motivation to achieve your goals. While therapy often involves working through challenging thoughts and emotions, Brooke believes that incorporating moments of Humor and Joy are essential to the healing process.

Brooke specializes in working with ( but not limited to) : ages 18 and up, Pregnant or new moms, Parents, Young adults experiencing life changes, Relationship Struggles, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and Trauma.
